This is to maintain good shackle angle by not allowing the bump stop measurement to exceed 100mm. 2 If bump stop measurement exceeds 150 - 160mm remove 3rd leaf from top of spring stack to prevent shock absorber from topping out. 3 Shackles: FK08 Anti Inversion Kit is mandatory fitment front and rear if greasable shackles are not fitted. Note: Spring Caster Wedge OMECW2 (2 degrees Caster Wedges) may be required to restore positive caster angle. Front end alignment check will indicate required adjustment. 4 There can be 2 spigot sizes of the rear fixed end pins. Check spigot size before ordering greasable pins. 50mm spigot = OMEGP2 51mm spigot = OMEGP4 5 D2XL extra leaf and UCB2 centre bolt are suitable for CS004RA/B springs. 6 Refer to Leaf Spring Service Parts section for Centre Bolt selection.
