Volkswagen Service Manual quotes that driveshaft bolts are a one use only. It is recommended to replace bolts. Replacement bolts Volkswagen Part Number N90991102 are to be sourced separately. Suits 100mm coils Vehicle specific, refer to vehicle selection page for full details and to review important notification regarding modifications for NITROCHARGER SPORT SELECTION OME665 Lower Shock Mount Stone Guard is mandatory fitment to rear shocks to protect against severe stone peppering encountered on loose road surfaces. FK22 Front Shock Absorber Upper Mount Support Bracket Kit is a mandatory fitment. When fitting 60018 12 /60070 12 it is mandatory to fit longer coils 3062 - 3066 for springs to remain trapped with shocks fully extended, fit FK62 to prevent shock damage, fit FK63 for front driveshaft clearance and rear extended travel, fit FK64 which replaces OE upper shock mount when fitting rear shocks and remove any inner helper coils already fitted. Caution: Front driveshaft MUST NOTES - (continued): *first part number has firmer valving. Re-use rear OE top damper forged bracket, bushes, dirt shield, bumpstops and fasteners for the assembly of the rear shock. No top mounting bushes supplied use OME3133 / OME3134 / OME3135, vehicle specific refer to vehicle selection page. OE bushes may be re-used if in good condition. OME struts can only be installed with OME coils. 60130 and 60131 cannot be used as a shock only OE replacement on Colorado 7/Trailblazer Models. Can be used as an OE replacement for Isuzu MU-X. No top mounting bushes supplied use OME3121. OE bushes may be re-used if in good condition. No dirt shield supplied, please re-use OE. Shock absorber 60140 12 is suited for constant rear loading in excess of 800kgs. 1975 and newer FJ40's may need to use N76 shocks in rear: Pre 1975 shock eye in the top of the axle housing use N89 12 /60032 12 / 60064 12 . Post 1975 lower shock eye is below leaf spring use N76 with OMEB11 Bush Kit. FK29 Rear Driveshaft Spacer is a mandatory fitment. Top mount bump stop and bushes not supplied, re-use OE items. For trimming purposes only, maximum 1 packer per strut. Fitment of FK92 and FK105 are mandatory . Fitment of LCAJLFR Front Lower Control Arm is required to restore wheel alignment castor settings. To ensure correct 90012 and 90013 strut fitment please refer to fitting instruction part number 3787896 Amarok Strut Fitting Guide. Spring selection based on Summit bar. If fitting a Sahara bar please select down one spring. Use 60178 12 when adding an EL48XL Extra Leaf to an EL132R Leaf Spring or when carrying constant loads of 800kg and above. For front fitment reuse OE Top hat and Mounting Bushes. For rear fitment UBolts, Rear Spring Bush Kits and Leaf Spring Bolt Fitting Kit are additional requirements. Extra Leaf, Trim Packer and Centre Bolt are optional. Refer to the vehicle selection page for full details. Headlight Sensor Fitting Kit FK97 is required when fitting all OME extended travel rear shock absorbers. Workshop tool FK102 recommended for rear shock fitment. OME coils and struts can only be installed together due to different winding of the lower coil end to suit the OME coil seat. They are not compatible with the OE coil seat. Due to the nature of the KDSS. Models fitted with KDSS may experience a characteristic 10mm to 15mm lean to the front right hand side. Page 9
